Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

Australia: 7–15 business days New Zealand: 10–20 business days USA: 7-14 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand periods, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs and Import Duties

Our products are shipped internationally and may be subject to customs inspection. In rare cases, customs delays may extend delivery times. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, though these are uncommon for personal-use orders of this nature.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
