Return and Refund Policy

At Velori Skin, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@veloriskin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right by offering a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order will have already been processed and we are unable to make changes.
